Hemorrhoids
causes
are
generally an increased pressure on the
veins in the pelvic and rectal area which cause blood
pool or collect inside them which in turn lead to swell.
This increase in
pressure causes the irritating itching which affects most
people and can go away by itself if the underlying cause is
temporary and not too much pressure has been placed on the
veins.
If the pressure
continues to increase, the tissue continues to swell, which
the surrounding tissue to stretch in size and to appear more
serious hemorrhoids. More prevalent burning sensation and
spots of blood may start to appear on toilet paper after
bowel movements- result of itching.
Hygiene in the
bathroom is of primary importance for most cases of common
and uncomplicated hemorrhoids. These bathroom habits do not
cause serious damage to the tissue and will disappear by
themselves or with a few simple treatments, they are usually
temporary.
Prevention: some
hygiene habits to prevent hemroids causes
are
:
1) First hemorrhoids
cause is the habit to rush and eliminate fecal matter. This
practice puts more pressure on the tissues and
veins than normal and can cause them to swell or even
rupture because when rushed, the common impulse is to push
harder to move the fecal matter through the large intestine
faster.
It is common to have
diarrhea or constipation, or one followed by the other. This
can place high pressure on the tissues and veins again
causing them to burst and swell. it's possible that the
condition disappears fast, no or little damage will be
done to the anal cushions and the condition should reverse
itself in a natural manner.
But the damage to the veins
and surrounding tissue can become very pervasive and will
require more extensive treatment if the condition remains,
even over a relatively short period of time.
2) Second hemorrhoid
cause is to have hard and dry stool. This is serious
problem, often a function of diet but not in all cases. The
condition may be caused by a variety of factors.
Amongst them can be
common side effects of a whole host of medications
prescribed for numerous ailments which left untreated, even
if the symptoms persist intermittently, can lead to a severe
case of hemorrhoids in the individual’s
condition.
Other hemorrhoids
(internal & external) causes are:
3) To lift heavy
objects. A sudden increase in physical activity, such as
helping a friend move large objects, or lifting heavy items
alone, can cause an immediate development of hemorrhoids in
cases when the individual is not used to hard physical
labor.
It in most situations
subsides, if not very serious, by itself, in a period of
days as long as no more heavy lifting is made, but this
condition usually leads to the painful itching sensation
brought on by the sudden increase in pressure to the anal
area.
This feeling is often
unceremoniously described as having the feeling of something
resembling a stick inserted into the anus which reveals the
itching sensation.
4) Overweight. If the
increased weight is carried predominately in the pelvis and
abdomen, overweight can increase pressure on the pelvic
veins especially which leads to variety of problems,
among which are hemorrhoids.
5) During pregnancy:
Being pregnant brings changes to the mother’s body which
increases the blood flow to the pelvic area and relaxes
other tissues while the constantly enlarging fetus causes
increased blood pressure on many blood vessels in the area
of the anus.
What’s more, added to
the commonly regarded knowledge about the hemorrhoids, to
deliver a baby itself increases the pressure on the anal
area while pushing the fetus out of the womb.
A set of stage for an
onset of hemorrhoids
could be caused by a variety of medical conditions and a
similar variety of treatments as one of their side effects
conditions. Many of the medicines used to treat common
illnesses have as one their many possible side effects,
negative conditions that can cause hemorrhoids to form much
more easily than in other occasions.
Such case is when
heart and liver disease is treated over a long period of
time and can cause blood to pool in the abdomen and pelvic
area, enlarging the veins and can create the pre-conditions
necessary for an onset of hemorrhoids.
1) To have tumors
whose position in the body or in the pelvic region. This
may cause an increased blood pressure an accelerate
hemroids apparition.
2) To have anal canal
infections. Increased pressure on the anal cushions can
cause swelling which in fact, can mimic the symptoms of
hemorrhoids. An infection in the area can be a result of any
interference with normal bowel movements.
Even in more serious
cases of hemorrhoid infections, even stubborn flare-ups
could be made to disappear quickly leaving little long
lasting effect by treating the underlying causes, stopping
the constipation or the diarrhea, adjusting the medicine,
improving the diet, etc. However, in most cases hemorrhoids
appears and cause discomfort then disappear
repeatedly with
slight treatment in this area.
Hemorrhoids may be a
necessary complication that cannot be 100% controlled but at
least may be minimized to whatever extent
possible.
But in some cases
people struggle with hemorrhoids for long periods of time,
unable to make them disappear completely except for short
periods of time, unable to quit the itching, burning
sensations and discomfort for a variety of
reasons.
This is the reason why
it is important for all hemorrhoid infected to realize their
condition and do whatever they can to relax the symptoms,
prevent flare-ups, risks, causes and protruding of
hemorrhoids tissues.
