Two
types of hemorrhoids
are known: internal and external. What does
make them
different? Do they have
different signs, symptoms and treatments?
Do
they respond easily to natural home treatments,
herbal medication and cure or other factors like
surgery?
Which
one of the two types of hemroids can
be prolapsed, strangulated or thrombosed? What are
the risks associated with them and how to get rid of these
symptoms?
Two
types of hemorrhoids are known: internal and external. The diagnosis
internal hemorrhoids could only be put by a doctor. The
cause of this disease is weakness of the tissue,
supporting the anal canal veins.
Then the swollen veins and tissue bulge into the anal canal.
Spread symptoms of internal hemorrhoids are bleeding while
bowel movements, burning sensation in the anus and rectal pain
before, during or after bowel movements.
In all
cases of internal
hemorrhoids, rectal bleeding is included. This is the same
symptom as external hemorrhoids and is performed in drops of
blood, left on the toilet paper after a bowel movement. In
comparison to external hemorrhoids, there can be stains of
blood, left on the toilet paper before bowel movement, during
wiping the anus with paper.
Some individuals can object drops of blood in the stool. It’s
not necessary to perform bowel movement to have rectal
bleeding. It can appear solitary, because of the internal
character of the process. In this case, the stool will pick up
some drops of blood while its movement inside the large
intestine.
Other symptom is itching in the anal canal. It’s not
an ordinary itching, but a different type, caused by the
internal hemorrhoids. When the body searches for cure, it is
sometimes connected with leaking of mucus, as an internal
process.
This leaking is the reason of the uncomfortable feeling of
itching, not the small wounds in the vain walls. If the mucus
leaks through the anus, it causes irritation both on the inside
and on the outside of the body.
A necessity of bowling movement, even after completing one, is
another typical symptom. The individual experiences constant
need to go to the toilet as if the stool is on its way to come
out.
It happens
because the anal cushions swell in order to help the stool go
out of the large intestine. If you have bulging
internal
hemorrhoids, situated in the end of the large intestine, the
feeling of non-comfort won’t leave you until some measures are
taken to eliminate the problem. The larger the internal
hemorrhoids are, the bigger is the need to heal
them.
To feel
pain in the anal canal is also a symptom. In the text above was
described some of the standard symptoms of
internal hemorrhoids. However, the pain is not one of
them.
It happens in rare cases when hemorrhoids reach large sizes and
go out of the anus. In this situation they can be very painful
if they are squeezed during bowel movements by the sphincter
muscles in the anus while the process of elimination is
on.
If the blood supply to the hemorrhoid is
being severely restricted by the sphincter muscles, then the
hemorrhoid is squeezed. This could be intolerable painful to
the individual. If this happens, the right solution is
emergency treatment for these internal hemorrhoids
